Air Life Volunteers

Air Life covers 100,000 square miles and 250,000 residents in central and eastern Oregon. With limited staff resources, Air Life relies on volunteers to attend public relations events and help out in the office. More than 250 volunteers play a crucial role in supporting Air Life by spreading the word about the membership program in communities across the state and working at the business office in Bend. Thank you volunteers!

Volunteer positions

  • Community Service Volunteer: Educate people in your community about Air Life and its membership program by serving as a team captain or team volunteer. Team captains coordinate regional team volunteers who participate in community education programs, distribute brochures, create displays, and explore public presentation opportunities at local clubs and businesses.
  • Office Volunteer: Assist staff at the Air Life business office in Bend by answering phones, performing clerical tasks or assisting with special events.

Community events

With volunteer assistance, Air Life offers continuing education and safety awareness programs at health fairs, parades, county fairs, and other functions across the state. Volunteers interested in scheduling an Air Life event should fill out this events form.
